HARDSCAPE WARRANTY
2 YEAR HARDSCAPE WARRANTY
1. Warranty Period
Aubrey Co. LLC ("Contractor") warrants hardscape workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of substantial completion. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the services and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Scope of Coverage
This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship performed by the Contractor. Workmanship includes the structural integrity of the installation, such as the stability of retaining walls and the levelness of paver or natural stone surfaces, provided they have been used under normal conditions.
-
Materials: Warranties for materials (e.g., pavers, wall blocks, natural stone) are limited to those provided by the specific manufacturers. The Contractor does not provide an independent warranty on material performance or longevity beyond manufacturer specifications.

3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by factors beyond the Contractor's control, including but not limited to:
-
Natural Events: Severe weather events, acts of God, or extreme freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Geological Movement: Natural soil movement, shifting, or settling of the earth.
-
Improper Use: Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, or improper maintenance/use (e.g., driving heavy equipment over surfaces not designed for such loads).
-
Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic issues such as hairline cracks, efflorescence (natural salt deposits), or minor fading/weathering.
-
Third-Party Actions: Damage caused by the actions of the Client or third parties after the project is completed.
-
Vegetation: Vegetation mortality or issues resulting from lack of care or extreme environmental conditions.

4. Claim Process
To submit a claim, Clients must complete the Aubrey Co. Hardscape Warranty Submission Form. The form requires:
-
Detailed description of the issue(s).
-
Date of original installation.
-
Supporting photographs showing both close-ups and wide shots of the affected area.
Upon receipt of a claim, the Contractor will review the submission and, if necessary, schedule a site visit to determine if the issue is covered under this workmanship warranty.

5. Limitations of Liability
The Contractor’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the specific area of defective workmanship. The Contractor is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use or secondary impacts to the surrounding property.
