Site Data & Analysis

We’ll gather key site information, measurements, photos, and observations to better understand your property. This information provides the foundation for developing a thoughtful, functional design tailored specifically to your space.

Design Presentation Meeting

On-Site Design Review – Meet with you on-site to present the preliminary design, walk through the proposed layout, and discuss your likes, dislikes, and any desired adjustments.
Layout & Plant Placement – This phase focuses on the overall layout, shapes, flow, and placement of plants and landscape features within your space.

Design Approval

Once the preliminary design is approved, we will move forward with finalizing plant selections and preparing the final design.

Your Final Design

Detailed, Build-Ready Design – To-scale 2D plan that clearly illustrates the final layout, materials, and plant placement, and, when required, HOA or municipal permitting.
Material Palette & Descriptions – A curated selection of proposed materials with descriptions to help you visualize and understand the elements included in your project.
Project Approval & Deposit – Once the final design is approved, we’ll finalize your project agreement and collect the required deposit to begin the installation process.
Designed to Last – This phase ensures your original vision is translated into a thoughtfully planned, functional, and sustainable design built for long-term enjoyment.
